As we continue to grow, we're seeking a motivated

Sales Coordinator

to join our team. We are looking for someone with a combination of sales and administration skills.

What You’ll Be Doing As a key member of our design team, you will:

Client Enquiry and Lead Management

acting as the first point of contact for all new enquiries via phone, email, web forms and display home visits.

Sales Coordination and Scheduling

coordinating discovery calls, consultations and display home appointments to support a smooth client journey.

CRM, Data and Reporting

by maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records, lead status, and notes within the CRM system

Administration and Team Support

providing administrative support to Sales Manager and following established workflows.

Sales and Marketing

assist with the preparation of information packs, automated email sequences and client communications.

Contribute to team development , continuously improving workflows and systems.

You work closely with sales and construction teams to ensure a smooth transition from initial enquiry through to project handover.
