Summary

Support Xavier College's mission by leading Humanities learning and teaching. This includes developing the Humanities curriculum aligned with national, state, and local standards; implementing effective pedagogies; supervising teaching quality and student learning; using data analysis to guide decisions; building internal and external partnerships; and managing resources responsibly.

This is a continuing teaching appointment, with an initial appointment into the Middle Leader position including Middle Leader Allowance, concluding at the end of the current triennium (December 2029).



Two subsequent three-year appointments with the Middle Leader Allowance can be offered subject to satisfactory performance in the position and the ongoing existence of the position.
