About You We are interested in speaking with corporate lawyers looking to further develop their technical expertise within a collaborative and client-focused environment. Ideally, you will have:

4–7 years' PAE in Corporate & Commercial law

Experience across M&A;, corporate advisory and commercial transactions

Strong drafting, negotiation and analytical skills

Exposure to corporate governance and commercial contracting

A commercial and pragmatic approach, with a genuine interest in understanding client objectives

Strong communication and relationship-building skills
