Troocoo is partnering with a well known non for profit community services organisation to recruit an Asset Manager for their team.

The role You will oversee a mixed portfolio of low, medium and high density properties, leading a team of two Property Officers and a Facilities Manager. The role combines day to day oversight of the portfolio with strategic planning for its future growth.
Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance, major upgrades and refurbishments
Reviewing property condition reports and prioritising works
Developing long term asset and maintenance plans
Managing contractors, budgets and property compliance
Maintaining accurate property records and improving processes as the portfolio grows
About You
A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in asset management or similar position
Strong understanding of NRSCH Registration and legislative obligations
Experience coordinating maintenance and major works across multiple properties
An understanding of property inspections, contractor management and compliance
Be willing to undergo a Police check and hold a Blue Card
The ability to manage budgets and balance immediate issues with longer term priorities
Experience leading a small team
