Summary We are seeking a highly organised and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company and will provide administrative support across the organisation. The Receptionist will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office

Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)

Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries





Provide administrative/data entry support to the buying admin team

Support vehicle acquisitions processes and paperwork

Manage toll and other traffic infringements

Manage office consumables

Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, where necessary

Qualifications

Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role would be highly regarded

Experience in an automotive environment would be highly regarded

Solid technological ability

Qualified attitude and appearance

Solid written and verbal communication skillsAbility to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

Excellent organisational skills

Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
