Provide high-level strategic legal thought leadership to the business, and work cross-functionally with key stakeholders from diverse functions. Lead a team responsible for all legal matters related to land development projects, investments and partnerships. Draft and review legal documents, support project negotiations, and oversee full-cycle contract management. Ensure a high level of compliance and legal awareness across all departments. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Law. 8+ years of experience in real estate development, with exposure to large-scale, high-complexity developments. Strategic leader with the ability to work effectively with senior-level stakeholders, both internal and external. Deep understanding of Southeast Asia. High competency in English, with full business proficiency. Based in Phnom Penh with relocation required. Seniority level
