Head Barista to lead our high-volume specialty café in the Brisbane CBD. If you thrive during the morning rush, this is your role What we offer Monday to Friday only enjoy your weekends off 38 hours per week (your choice: casual or full-time contract ) Competitive pay + real opportunities for growth Supportive, upbeat team culture we love what we do Your role You will lead the cafe operation ensuring consistency, speed, quality, and a outstanding vibe. What we need from you Most important: POSITIVITY. Proven Head Barista and/or Barista Supervisor experience Strong specialty coffee skills latte art, dial-ins, grind adjustments, machine calibration Ability to lead a team and run a smooth, efficient bar during peak trade Experience in ordering (coffee beans, packaging, fresh & alternative milks) Passion for customer service making someone's day with a smile Reliable, proactive, and calm under pressure Monday to Friday availability (earliest start 5:45am / latest finish 3:45pm)
