The Role

Lead teams responsible for ensuring industrial relations are managed, innovative HR systems are implemented, developed and maintained and pay is delivered on time.

Manage production of a range of workforce management information.





Provide strategic advice on employment matters.

Manage HR systems contracts.

Coach and mentor team members.

Participate in operational planning.
