Sail and Anchor is looking for an Assistant Manager to help keep the pub buzzing and loved by locals. You’ll support the Publican, lead a team of hospitality legends, and ensure smooth, safe operations with a outstanding vibe on every shift.
You’ll bring frontline leadership, experience from the bar/bistro, and current RSA and Approved Managers Card to represent the pub when the boss is away. We value energy, service, and guests first.
