The Role
Based out of our Doncaster operations, you will take ownership of the strategic assessment, establishment, and commercial success of our construction operations, driving growth across key target regions.
Key Responsibilities:

- Business Development:



Grow our profile with major insurers, capitalising on network opportunities and actively developing lucrative new relationships.
- Strategic Expansion: Lead the strategic assessment and setup of new regional business units.
- Executive Collaboration: Contribute directly to the strategy development and direction of the national business as part of the executive leadership team.
- Operational Excellence: Foster a culture deeply committed to safety, OHS compliance, exceptional quality, and first-class service.
- Shared Services Liaison: Work thoughtfully with centralized Shared Services to communicate and deliver critical business requirements.

What We're Looking For
We need a forward-thinking, uncompromising leader who can make informed decisions quickly and treat our key clients as number one.
Your Experience & Qualifications:

- Construction Expertise: Previous experience leading and mentoring teams within a building or construction operation is essential.
- Business Growth: Demonstrated success in scaling a business unit, regional operation, or division.
- Financial Acumen: Exposure to P&L; management (or managing costs and budgets) with a strong desire to grow these commercial skills.
- People First: A team-oriented, relationship-driven management style that prioritises team culture.
- Industry Alignment: A background in the Insurance building industry is highly desirable.
- Education: A Bachelor or Diploma in Business Management is preferred.
- Compliance & Tech: Deep understanding of OHS practices/legislation, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Credentials: A valid Australian Driver's License and a construction White Card are mandatory.
