We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Motel Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of a 33 room Motel near Lithgow, NSW.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily motel operations, reservations, check-ins and guest services.
- Manage housekeeping, room presentation and maintenance coordination.
- Handle online bookings, guest enquiries and customer complaints.
- Monitor occupancy, revenue and operating costs.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, service and guest satisfaction.
About You
- Previous motel, hotel or accommodation management experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organisational and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a small team.
- Reliable, practical and committed to delivering excellent guest experiences.
