Citywide Home Care Pty Ltd is looking for a friendly, kind, caring and patient female support worker who can provide reliable support and help me feel comfortable, safe and respected.

Requirements

● Female support worker preferred.

● Friendly, kind, caring, patient and understanding.

● Reliable, respectful and valuable at communicating.

● Must have a valid driver’s licence and be able to drive.

● Experience working with NDIS participants.

● Must hold a Diploma of Community Services, Certificate III or Certificate IV in Individual Support, Disability Support, or another relevant community support qualification.

● Must have an NDIS Worker Screening Check and relevant clearances.

● Must respect NDIS Participant privacy, independence, choices and individual needs.

About the Support





We are looking for someone who is supportive, easy to talk to and genuinely cares about helping others. The support worker should listen to participant needs, communicate kindly, encourage independence and assist with everyday activities and getting out into the community.

We prefer someone who is patient, trustworthy and makes our participant feel comfortable and supported.
