Shred-X Australia is part of the Freightways Group and provides secure destruction and recycling services. We’re looking for reliable, hardworking Factory Sorters to join our afternoon shift team at our Yatala branch.

What You’ll Do
- Sort materials on conveyor belts and tables.
- Operate shredding and baling equipment safely.
- Complete machinery and equipment checks.
- Record information for incoming and outgoing loads.
- Keep the factory clean, tidy and organised.
- Help load, unload and move pallets, bins and containers.
- Check loads meet safety and quality requirements.
- Report equipment issues or problems to your supervisor.
What We’re Looking For
- A reliable person with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Someone comfortable with hands-on, repetitive physical work.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to working safely and following procedures.
