-3+ years of experience on B737 NG in a Line Maintenance or MCC environment.

-Expertise in maintenance planning processes in an airline or maintenance organisation.

-Strong understanding of Technical Log/E-log and MEL processes.

-Knowledge of Safety Management Systems (SMS) and best practices in operational safety.

-Proficiency in My Boeing Fleet applications and technical manuals.

-Strong MS Office skills for reporting and coordination.

-A proactive, solutions-driven approach to problem-solving in a energetic environment.

This role requires shift work, availability outside normal office hours, and occasional travel across Australia, New Zealand, and internationally.

Why Join Texel Air?

-A growing, high-performance cargo airline with exciting expansion plans.

-A supportive, family-focused culture that values teamwork and expertise.

-A dynamic role that offers challenges, variety, and career growth opportunities.

-A competitive salary package and the chance to be part of a specialist aviation team.
