We're hiring: Head Chef at Santini's Restaurant & Bar, Hervey Bay ??

Santini's sits right on the Esplanade in Hervey Bay, serving Italian-inspired food with a relaxed coastal Australian spirit. We're now looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen on a long-term basis.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to build something, not just run a pass.

What we're looking for

- Proven experience leading commercial kitchens in Australia
- Strong skills in menu development, food costing and stock control
- Ability to lead, train and organise a kitchen team
- Calm under pressure, consistent standards, good communication
- Full working rights in Australia
