Responsibilities
- Carry out plumbing maintenance, roofing work, hot water servicing and blockage work
- Diagnose faults and communicate clearly with clients and residents
- Support leak detection and waterproofing work
- Participate in the shared on-call roster
- Qualifications
- Plumbing registration
- Roofing skills and maintenance plumbing experience
- A practical problem-solving approach and ability to work independently and in a team
Leak detection experience is an advantage, but not essential.
