ABOUT THE ROLE

As Marketing Coordinator, you will report to our Operations Lead and turn plans into action. You will run campaigns, create and publish content, coordinate our partner marketing, and keep our website and digital channels working hard. You will be the go-to person who gets marketing done well and on time, and you will see the direct link between your work and new business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Campaigns & Lead Generation

- Plan, build and run multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events, webinars) from brief to report.
- Build email journeys, segments and lead scoring in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys.
- Track leads through the funnel and hand qualified leads (MQLs) to Sales quickly and cleanly.
- Coordinate events, webinars and roundtables, including invites, logistics and follow-up.
- Report on campaign results and recommend improvements.

2. Content & Social Media

- Write and publish content for LinkedIn, blogs, newsletters and sales collateral.
- Turn client wins into case studies and testimonials, working with Delivery and Sales.
- Keep content on-brand and consistent across Exigo Tech message.
- Manage the content calendar and company social channels; support leaders' LinkedIn presence.
- Use AI tools such as Claude and Microsoft Copilot to draft, edit and scale content responsibly.

3. Partner Marketing

- Coordinate joint marketing with Microsoft, Telstra and other strategic partnerships.
- Manage partner portals, listings, badges and co-branded assets.
- Track, claim and report on partner marketing funds (MDF and co-op) so nothing is left unclaimed.




- Make sure partner brand guidelines and approval steps are followed.

4. Website & Digital

- Update and maintain our websites (including landing pages and our AI-focused site).
- Support SEO, page speed and content updates to grow organic traffic.
- Look after interactive tools such as our AI Readiness Assessment and make sure leads flow into the CRM.
- Set up and monitor analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights) and produce monthly reports.

5. Marketing Operations

- Keep the CRM and marketing data clean and accurate.
- Manage the marketing budget tracker, suppliers and agencies.
- Work with our India and Philippines teams on shared campaigns and assets.

ABOUT YOU

Essential

- 2–4 years' marketing experience, ideally in B2B, technology, IT services or SaaS.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM (Dynamics 365, HubSpot or similar).
- Robust writing skills: clear, concise and able to explain technical topics simply.
- Confident running LinkedIn and company social channels.
- Experience with website content management (e.g. WordPress) and basic SEO.
- Comfortable with data: you track results and use them to improve.
- Highly organised; you can juggle several campaigns and deadlines at once.
- Full working rights in Australia.

Desirable

- Experience with Microsoft, Telstra or other vendor partner programs and MDF claims.
- Interest in AI and cybersecurity, and practical use of AI tools in marketing.
- Design skills in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite; basic video editing.
- Event or webinar management experience.
