The Roles

Due to continued program growth, our client is seeking multiple engineering professionals to support the design, development, analysis and sustainment of complex defence platforms. Opportunities are available for:

- Mechanical Engineers
- CAD Draftspersons
- Finite Element Analysis (FEA) Engineers

These positions will contribute across the full engineering lifecycle, supporting product development, design optimisation, system integration, testing, production and ongoing sustainment activities.

Mechanical Engineers

- Experience within defence, automotive,



heavy vehicle or complex manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, specifications and standards
- Experience supporting testing, investigations and fault analysis
- Ability to work across multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Experience within configuration-controlled environments

CAD Draftspersons

- Qualification in Engineering Drafting, Design or related discipline
- Experience producing detailed manufacturing and assembly drawings
- Proficiency with up-to-date CAD software
- Strong understanding of drafting standards and GD&T;
- High attention to detail and document control practices

FEA Engineers

- Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Structural or related Engineering discipline
- Experience performing Finite Element Analysis within commercial engineering environments
- Strong understanding of structural mechanics and material behaviour
- Experience using ANSYS, Abaqus, HyperWorks, Nastran or similar tools
- Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills

Highly Regarded

- Defence industry experience
- Experience supporting large-scale engineering projects
- Exposure to heavy equipment, aerospace, rail, mining or automotive sectors
- Understanding of validation, verification and testing methodologies
- Experience working within regulated engineering environments
