Pega Technical Business Analyst | Sydney, NSW (Hybrid)

We're looking for an experienced Pega Technical Business Analyst to join our technology delivery team and play a key role in delivering business-critical Pega solutions.

What You'll Do

- Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and process-mapping sessions
- Translate requirements into scalable Pega solution designs
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and support teams across Agile delivery
- Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and production validation
- Investigate incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement
- Manage stakeholder communication, risks, dependencies, and solution outcomes





What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Technical BA, or Systems Analyst
- Robust hands-on experience with the Pega Platform
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Solid skills in process mapping, requirements management, and stakeholder engagement
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, enterprise applications, and support processes

Nice to Have
- Pega Business Architect (PBA) certification
- Experience with Pega Customer Service, BPM, or Workflow solutions
- Knowledge of Azure, Apigee, Middleware, IAM, MDM, SQL, or Core Banking platforms
