Role Description This full time, on-site Property Manager role is based in the Greater Sydney Area and is responsible for the end-to-end management of a residential property portfolio.

The Property

Manager oversees tenancy processes including leasing, inspections, rent collection, and lease renewals, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies. Daily tasks include responding to tenant and owner inquiries, coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing contractors, and maintaining accurate property records in the agency’s systems. The role involves preparing documentation such as condition reports, rental agreements, and notices, as well as monitoring rental arrears and supporting dispute resolution.

The Property

Manager collaborates closely with the sales and administration teams, contributes to process improvements, and supports a positive experience for owners and tenants.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in residential property management, including leasing, inspections, rent collection,



and maintenance coordination.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate and tenancy legislation, with the ability to apply compliance requirements in day-to-day operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with tenants, owners, trades, and team members in a professional manner.
- Solid organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping.
- Comfort with property management software and general digital tools (e.g., CRM systems, email, spreadsheets) and willingness to learn new systems.
- Ability to work on-site, manage field-based tasks such as inspections, and hold a valid driver’s license.
- Relevant real estate or property management certification or license (or eligibility to obtain), and prior experience in an agency environment is highly regarded.
