About The Role

We're looking for a Franchise Performance Coach to help grow and elevate one of Australia's largest mortgage broker networks.

Supporting a portfolio of Aussie Franchise stores, you'll partner with Franchisees to drive business growth, improve sales performance, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Acting as a trusted advisor and coach, you'll help franchise businesses unlock their potential through strategic planning, performance coaching,



and the successful adoption of Lendi Group initiatives.

This is a highly relationship-focused role with plenty of variety. You'll spend around 50% of your time on the road, visiting Franchisees, coaching brokers, identifying growth opportunities, and helping shape the future of the Aussie network.
