Emergency Department and ICU Registered Nurses | Darwin NT | Agency Contracts
Description:
We are looking for experienced Emergency Department and Intensive Care Registered Nurses for agency contracts at a major hospital in Darwin. These roles start as soon as possible, so we would love to hear from nurses who are available now or in the coming weeks.
Emergency Department
You will be working across a busy ED, caring for both adult and paediatric patients. The team needs nurses who can step straight into triage and resus and work confidently with minimal orientation.
- Minimum 5 years of RN experience
- Recent Emergency Department experience
- Confidence in triage and resus
- Experience caring for both adult and paediatric patients
- Completed ETEK (Emergency Triage Education Kit), which is mandatory for this engagement
Intensive Care Unit
You will be caring for critically unwell patients in ICU, with contracts running between 6 and 12 weeks.
- Minimum 5 years of RN experience
- Recent ICU experience
- Ventilator skills
- CVVH experience
- Confident managing critically unwell patients with minimal orientation
For all roles:
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Current NT Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card), National Police Check via the AFP and up-to-date immunisations, or willingness to obtain them
What we offer:
- Up to $82 per hour plus super and penalties
- Travel and accommodation covered for the duration of the contract
