An opportunity is available for an experienced Transport Scheduler to join a busy transport operation. The successful candidate will play an important role in coordinating daily activities and ensuring deliveries run smoothly and efficiently.

Your Role

As the Transport Scheduler, you'll coordinate daily transport movements, manage schedules and work closely with drivers and internal teams to support timely and reliable deliveries.

Duties include:

- Planning and scheduling daily transport movements.
- Coordinating drivers, vehicles and delivery schedules.
- Monitoring operations and responding to schedule changes.
- Communicating with drivers, customers and internal teams.
- Managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintaining accurate scheduling and operational records.
- Supporting daily logistics and transport activities.
- Maintaining a strong focus on safety, compliance and customer service.

About You

You're an organised and proactive professional who can manage changing priorities and keep transport operations running efficiently.

You'll demonstrate:

- Previous experience in transport scheduling,



dispatch or logistics coordination.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing schedules.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in transport or logistics operations.
