About the Position Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and capable Dental Practice Manager to join our client's team in the Tuggeranong region.

You'll oversee the daily running of the clinic, support an experienced group of Dentists and help create an organised, positive environment for staff and patients.

This role is well suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in delivering excellent service and wants the freedom to manage practice operations confidently.

With no weekend shifts, you'll have more time to enjoy the things that matter to you outside work.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing daily operations across a busy four-chair dental clinic.
- Supporting and coordinating clinical and front-office staff.
- Overseeing patient scheduling, appointment management and daily workflows.
- Maintaining a welcoming, professional patient experience.




- Working closely with Dentists to improve practice efficiency.
- Managing administrative processes and operational responsibilities.
- Providing positive leadership and guidance to team members.
- Identifying practical improvements to clinic systems and procedures.
- Maintaining a productive, supportive and patient-focused workplace environment.

Key Requirements
- Previous Practice Management or comparable leadership experience.
- Experience within the dental industry highly regarded.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence leading teams and managing workplace priorities.
- A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused attitude.
- Ability to maintain high operational standards in a busy clinic.
