A Project Manager is sought by a busy Tier 2 Builder, to manage a $50 million industrial construction project.

The Company:
- An established Tier 2 Builder
- T/0 $800 million
- Reporting to a State Manager, managing a Site Manager, Foreman, CA and Cadet
- Focus on industrial construction projects in the $30 - 200 million range
- Established client base, with full order book of work for 2027
- 35 years trading history
- Inner Sydney based
You will have:
- A Construction Management Degree or similar
- Previous project management experience with Tier 2 Commercial Builder in Sydney
- Commercial/ industrial construction experience on projects over $30 million is highly desirable
- D&C; delivery experience
- MS Project experience sought, with Procore knowledge
- A steady career history and proven construction management background
- Ability to lead and development multi disciplined project teams
