Aurora Resourcing & Talent is currently seeking experienced Electrical Test & Tag Testers for upcoming opportunities across Perth.

We are looking for reliable, safety-conscious individuals who either hold a current Test & Tag qualification, or an overseas qualified electrician wanting to work in the industry in Australia who is willing to obtain one or an experienced electrical TA looking to progress into the area, again must be willing to obtain the licence.

These opportunities are ideal for candidates who enjoy working independently, have excellent attention to detail and take pride in maintaining high workplace safety standards.

Role is Full Time Hours and Pay Rate is $36-40 per hour based on experience.

The Role

Working across a variety of commercial and industrial environments, your responsibilities may include:

- Inspecting and testing portable electrical appliances and equipment
- Conducting electrical safety inspections and compliance checks
- Testing and tagging equipment in accordance with relevant Australian Standards
- Identifying, reporting and isolating defective or unsafe equipment
- Maintaining accurate testing records, registers and compliance documentation




- Ensuring equipment is correctly labelled and recorded
- Using electrical testing equipment safely and effectively
- Working independently and efficiently to complete scheduled testing requirements

Essential Requirements

To be considered, you will need:

- Current Electrical Test & Tag Qualification / Ticket or Related Electrical Experience and Willingness to obtain
- Previous electrical testing and tagging experience - desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of relevant electrical safety standards and testing procedures
- Experience using portable appliance testing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks
- Valuable communication and organisational skills
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
- Current Australian working rights
