Our Client who is located 35 minutes outside of Bendigo is looking for reliable and hardworking crew members to join their team. As an Asphalt Crew Member, you'll play a key role in ensuring the efficient and protected placement of asphalt at their work sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lay asphalt to specifications while meeting quality standards.
- Ensure work areas are clean and safe, following all safety procedures.
- Operate and maintain plant and equipment.
- Participate in site pre-start meetings and follow daily instructions from supervisors.
- Report maintenance issues, incidents, and near misses immediately.
- Maintain accurate records, including plant maintenance and driver's daily logs.
- Assist with training less experienced crew members.

Requirements:




- Current Driver's license and Construction Industry White Card. (Essential)
- Willingness to obtain tickets such as Skidsteer, Loaders and roller.
- HR/MC/HC Truck license (Desirable)
- Strong commitment to safety and quality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and remote locations.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions effectively.
- Workzone Traffic Management certificate. (Desirable)
