Role Description The Raisedrill Operator & Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position FIFO from the closest capital city. This role is responsible for operating raisedrill equipment safely and efficiently, overseeing daily drilling activities, and ensuring compliance with site procedures and safety standards. The position includes supervising crews, coordinating shift schedules, and monitoring equipment performance and maintenance requirements.

The role also involves communicating with site management and clients, documenting operational data, and contributing to planning and troubleshooting for raisedrill projects.

Qualifications





- Demonstrated experience operating raisedrill or similar underground drilling equipment, with a strong focus on safety and productivity.
- Background in supervising mining or drilling crews, including task allocation, performance oversight, and adherence to operational procedures.
- Knowledge of mining site safety regulations, risk assessment, and incident reporting, with the ability to promote a safety-first culture.
- Experience in diagnosing and coordinating maintenance for drilling equipment, and working effectively with maintenance teams.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to liaise with site supervisors, clients, and operations staff.
- Relevant certifications or tickets for underground mining and drilling operations; a valid driver’s license and ability to pass site medicals and drug and alcohol screening.
- Willingness to work in office in the Greater Perth Area, including shift work and variable roster patterns as required.
- Prior experience in Australian mining environments and familiarity with raisedrill projects is highly advantageous.
