Karlka Fencewright is a leading provider of fencing and infrastructure solutions across Western Australia. We are seeking a motivated and commercially focused Sales Representative to join our growing team and help drive business development, quoting, and client engagement across a diverse range of projects.

About the Role

As our Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, preparing accurate quotations, and ensuring a seamless transition of projects from sales to delivery. You will work closely with clients, estimators, project managers, and operational teams to deliver high-quality fencing and infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and develop new business opportunities.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements.
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations.
- Determine project scope, materials, and pricing.
- Manage customer communications throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate project handovers to operations and project teams.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company systems and QHSE requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.

About You To be successful in this role, you will have:





Essential

- Previous experience in a sale, estimating, or business development role.
- Experience within the construction, manufacturing, civil, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence.

Highly Desirable

- Experience within the fencing industry.
- Knowledge of commercial, industrial, security, or infrastructure fencing projects.
- Experience preparing quotations and estimates for fencing works.
- Familiarity with estimating software such as Simpro.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
