In this role, you’ll use your industry knowledge and relationships to help clients find the right talent while supporting candidates through important career moves. From understanding job requirements to sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and building long-term partnerships across the insurance sector.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for insurance roles, including taking detailed job briefs, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating offers through to placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across the insurance sector, acting as a trusted partner to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored talent solutions
- Identify, engage, and support candidates throughout their job search, providing market insights, career guidance,



and a positive recruitment experience from first contact to placement
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of talent and opportunities through networking, business development activities, advertising, and proactive candidate sourcing
- Work towards performance targets within a supportive team setting, contributing to overall business growth while building your own specialist desk

What we’re looking for:

- 1-3 years’ experience in insurance or professional staffing, with a solid understanding of insurance roles and terminology
- Proven ability to source candidates and handle client relationships confidently on the phone
- Experience managing recruitment processes from start to finish
- High energy with a proactive approach to candidate engagement and client service
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated, with a desire to contribute to team success and grow within the firm
