The OpportunityWe’re seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join a leading civil contractor delivering major infrastructure and civil projects across Sydney.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven engineer to play a key role in project delivery, working closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors and subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, on time and to specification.
Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day site activities and subcontractors.
- Manage project schedules, budgets and construction documentation.
- Oversee quality assurance, inspections and ITPs.
- Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental and project requirements.
- Assist with procurement, progress claims and variations.
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues on site.
- Liaise with clients, consultants and internal project teams.

About You




- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Previous experience as a Site Engineer on civil infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, QA and safety requirements.
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced site environment.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong focus on project delivery.
