- Excellent SQL skills - Write complex SQL queries, create stored procedures, fix performance issues.
- Good ETL knowledge – Hands on experience in SSIS ETL tool.
- Positive to have domain knowledge in Transport but not mandatory.
- Collect and understand the report requirements by working with different SMEs.
- Create custom tables/views using ETL tools like SSIS to support report/dashboard development.
- Create datasets using T-SQL queries and stored procedures using SSMS with best performance.
- Deploy the SSIS packages and objects to central repository.
- Monitor the deployed reports/DB/ETL objects and make changes to the objects in lieu of source application changes.
- Establish quality processes to deliver stable and reliable reporting solutions to the client.
