The role

We are seeking a reliable, safety-focused and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Officer to join our Stafford warehouse team on a full-time basis.

Pay rate: $32.50 per hour

This hands-on and varied role involves warehouse operations, inventory control, order picking and packing, kit preparation, dispatch, freight coordination, truck and container loading, forklift operation, and systems administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick, pack, replenish and dispatch stock accurately and efficiently.
- Complete inventory transactions and stock movements using warehouse and ERP systems.
- Assist with stocktakes and report inventory discrepancies.
- Load and unload trucks and containers safely.
- Maintain clean, organised and safe work areas.
- Follow WHS, dangerous goods and manual-handling requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve safety, efficiency and inventory accuracy.
- Support sustainability and waste-reduction initiatives.

The essentials To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A current LF forklift licence—mandatory for this role.
- Experience operating counterbalance or reach forklifts.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution or a similar setting.
- Experience with picking, packing, dispatch and stock control.
- Familiarity with inventory, ERP and freight carrier systems.
- Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy.




- A sound understanding of warehouse safety and manual handling.
- Clear communication skills and a reliable, flexible and team-oriented approach.
- Dangerous goods experience is preferred but not essential.
