Overview

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Person / Forklift Operator to join our Auburn team. This hands-on role is responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching materials while maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy, safety and warehouse presentation. The successful candidate will hold a current LF Forklift Licence and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Accountabilities and main responsibilities

Strategic Focus

- Support operational efficiency by maintaining organised warehouse processes
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations




- Assist in maintaining stock accuracy to support business performance

Operational Management

- Receive, unload, and store inbound goods in designated locations
- Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and within required timeframes
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient warehouse environment
- Support day-to-day warehouse operations and workflow requirements

People Leadership

- Work collaboratively with warehouse and production teams
- Support team objectives through effective communication and cooperation

Governance & Risk
- Follow all Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) procedures
- Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment in compliance with regulations
- Conduct daily pre-start equipment checks
- Report hazards, incidents, and damaged goods promptly
- Always ensure safe manual handling practices

- Previous warehouse experience
- Valid Forklift Licence (LF – mandatory)
- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Proactive and organised with a methodical approach
