The Role:

Due to current project wins, we are seeking a Site Manager for the Central West region. Projects range from $5m to $50m in value in the public and private sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Site Management: Full site establishment, programming, scheduling, and site records.
- Operations: End-to-end management of subcontractors, materials, and direct labor.
- Compliance: Strict oversight of quality assurance, industrial relations, and site safety.
- Safety: Driving an incident-free safety culture and ensuring strict H&S; compliance.

Skills & Experience Required:

- Experience: 10+ years in commercial construction,



with 5+ years as a Site Manager on projects up to $50M.
- Qualifications: Relevant degree in Building and Construction.
- Leadership: Solid communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Safety: Comprehensive WH&S; knowledge with an outstanding safety record.
- Location: Must live locally or be fully willing to lodge.
