This is a hands-on L&D; role requiring robust initiative,
collaboration and a solutions-focused approach. To succeed, you’ll be passionate about adult learning and workforce capability, confident engaging and facilitating diverse groups, and committed to supporting best practice through effective education, coaching and mentoring. If you’re passionate about Learning & Development, adult education and building workforce capability, and have the clinical knowledge to support learning within an aged care environment, we’d love to hear from you.
