Manager: Dry Cleaning and Laundry is a fulltime, permanent position. The position is operational and based in Wangara, the northern suburbs of Perth. Working hours are 7 am to 3pm workdays with weekends off. The business is open from 8am to 12pm on Saturdays, and if asked to work, you get paid overtime.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a team of 7 staff
- Manage customer orders and monitor all operational processes
- Manage the counter, answer calls and general customer communication
- Demonstrate communication with customers
- Participate in the processing of orders whether it be folding and packaging, or ironing and general loading of machines

- Ability to manage a team of 7 staff
- Ability to think on your feet and work at a brisk pace
- Demonstrate that you like people and communicating with customers
- Enjoy a varied working day
- Able to be on your feet for most of the day
- Dry cleaning or laundry experience is not required
