The Role
You will take ownership of a manageable portfolio of approximately 150 properties, with the assistance of a dedicated Assistant Property Manager and administration team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a portfolio of 150 residential properties
- Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
- Coordinating routine and outgoing inspections
- Overseeing repairs and maintenance
- Managing lease renewals, arrears and general portfolio matters
- Handling NCAT matters when required
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of the portfolio
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in residential property management
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English – essential
- Certificate of Registration (COR)
- Experience handling NCAT matters
- Solid communication and organisational skills
- Confident managing a portfolio independently
- Property Tree experience highly regarded
- A proactive, professional and customer-focused attitude
