FIFO from Perth | 8:6 Roster | Competitive Remuneration

AIM Mining Corporation is an emerging gold company with major growth plans underway. We currently operate the Warrawoona and Nullagine Gold Projects in the East Pilbara region of Western Australia.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Gold Room Supervisor to join our Processing team at Nullagine.

Reporting to the Processing Superintendent, you will oversee the safe, secure and efficient operation of the Gold Room, Gravity and Elution circuits. You will lead the Gold Room team, optimise gold recovery, maintain security and gold accounting standards, and support the achievement of production targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily Gold Room, Gravity and Elution operations to ensure safe and efficient gold recovery.

- Lead, train and mentor Gold Room personnel, promoting a strong safety and performance culture.

- Oversee gold pours, stripping, electro-winning and carbon reactivation activities.

- Maintain strict Gold Room security, gold accounting and reconciliation procedures.

- Monitor circuit performance, troubleshoot operational issues and identify improvement opportunities.

- Coordinate maintenance requirements, inspections and operational activities to minimise downtime.

- Ensure accurate production reporting, documentation and shift handovers.

- Work closely with Processing, Maintenance and Metallurgy teams to achieve production targets.

- Ensure compliance with site safety, environmental, security and statutory requirements.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in gold processing,



including extensive Gold Room, Gravity and Elution experience.

- Previous supervisory, Leading Hand or senior Gold Room experience.

- Solid knowledge of gold recovery processes, gold accounting and security requirements.

- Demonstrated leadership, troubleshooting and operational planning skills.

- Sound understanding of CIP circuits, TSF operations and plant water management.

- Strong commitment to safety, teamwork and continuous improvement.

- Excellent communication, reporting and organisational skills.

- Current WA Manual Driver's Licence and sound computer literacy.

Desirable Qualifications & Experience

- Certificate III or IV in Process Plant Operations.

- Frontline leadership or supervisory qualifications.

- Additional High Risk Work Licences.

- Experience with Pronto or similar maintenance management systems.
