Role Opportunity:
Lead end-to-end procurement and contracting across a portfolio of utility-scale wind, solar PV, battery energy storage and gas power projects. This newly created position offers the prospect to establish procurement strategy and governance from the ground up while engaging directly with board, executive and leadership stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum 5+ years' experience across procurement, contracts management, commercial management or strategic sourcing within complex project environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end procurement processes, including market engagement, RFIs, RFPs, tender evaluations, commercial bid normalisation and award recommendations.
• Strong commercial negotiation capability across major equipment supply, EPC/EPCM, service and construction contracts, with an understanding of risk allocation and bankable commercial terms.
• Minimum 3+ years' experience within renewable energy, power generation, utilities, infrastructure, resources or major capital project environments.
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across Engineering, Development, Finance, Legal, Delivery and executive leadership teams.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute package-level procurement and contracting strategies across utility-scale wind, solar PV, BESS, gas generation, high-voltage infrastructure and associated project services.
• Lead supplier market engagement,



prequalification, RFIs, RFPs and competitive tender processes, coordinating bidder communications, clarifications, tender schedules and governance requirements.
• Evaluate and normalise supplier bids across scope, pricing, programme, warranties, performance guarantees, payment milestones, indexation, foreign exchange exposure and commercial risk allocation.
• Lead commercial negotiations for equipment supply, EPC/EPCM, balance-of-plant, long-term service, operations and maintenance, consultancy and associated project agreements.
• Establish procurement governance, manage contractual and supply-chain risks, support contract handover and provide ongoing commercial guidance throughout project development and delivery
