About ADENCO
ADENCO is a Perth-based contractor delivering civil, SMP, electrical and water management projects across Western Australia and the Northern Territory, for resources, energy, defence and industrial clients. Our values of Integrity, Respect, Positivity and Excellence shape how we work with our clients, our partners and each other.

About the role
We're looking for a CCMS Engineer to own how ADENCO proves its work is complete, compliant and ready to hand over. Working from our Perth office and reporting to the Project Delivery Manager, you'll set up and run the Completions and Commissioning Management System on each project, from ITPs and check sheets through to commissioning, punch-list close-out, MDRs and final handover to the client.
This role carries real authority. You'll release ITP hold points, accept subcontractor and supplier MDRs and handover records, and help plan completions from tender and project set-up, so our clients get a clean, auditable handover without late defects, rework or delays to practical completion.

What you'll do

- Develop Completions, Commissioning and Handover Plans aligned to the contract and client requirements
- Set up the CCMS for each project: system and subsystem breakdown, tag registers and check sheet libraries
- Administer completions and document control platforms such as Omtrak, Teambinder, Aconex, Fieldview and Omega PIMS, and report progress, trends and risks
- Develop the Quality Management Plan, ITPs and inspection schedules, and coordinate hold and witness points with clients, certifiers and subcontractors
- Raise, track and close NCRs, and run internal and supplier audits against ISO 9001
- Plan and track mechanical completion, pre-commissioning and commissioning with our site and engineering teams
- Drive A/B/C punch-list close-out,

and compile and verify lot close-out packs, MDRs, as-builts and handover dossiers
- Manage the Defects Liability Period, chair completions and handover meetings, and guide Completions Coordinators and Graduate Engineers

What you'll bring

- Quality, completions or commissioning experience with a contractor under D&C;, Alliance, Managing Contractor or EPC models (essential)
- 5+ years in quality, completions or commissioning on major infrastructure, resources, energy or defence projects
- Proven experience setting up and running a completions management system through to handover
- Hands-on use of a completions or document control platform (Omtrak, Teambinder, Aconex, Fieldview or similar)
- Sound knowledge of ITPs, NCR management, lot close-out, MDRs and handover requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (civil, mechanical, electrical or related)
- A C Class driver's licence, a White Card, and the ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test
- Willingness to travel to sites across WA and NT, including FIFO or DIDO when required

Highly regarded:

- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification
- Defence estate, government or local authority project experience, and eligibility for a security clearance
- Asset management or digital engineering handover experience (BIM, Tekla Structures)
- Experience managing a Defects Liability Period or leading a small completions team

What's in it for you

- Ownership of the whole completions system on each project, not just one package
- A Perth office-based role, with site travel when projects need it
- Variety across resources, energy, defence and industrial projects
- Real authority, and a say in how projects are planned and set up from day one
- Scope to guide and develop Completions Coordinators and Graduate Engineers
