Our established family dental practice in Aberfoyle Park is seeking an enthusiastic, reliable and patient-focused Dental Assistant & Receptionist to join our friendly and professional team.

This casual position offers 3–4 days per week, including Saturday mornings, with the potential to transition to permanent part time employment.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who enjoys working with people, takes pride in their work and can confidently work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to outstanding patient care are essential.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing chairside assistance to dentists during dental procedures.

- Maintaining clean, organised and well-equipped surgeries.

- Performing instrument sterilisation and infection control procedures.





- Monitoring and maintaining stock and inventory.

- Answering phone calls and assisting with patient enquiries.

- Scheduling and managing patient appointments.

- Processing patient payments and accounts.

Essential requirements:

- Current DCSI Working with Children Check.

- Evidence of required healthcare worker immunisations.

- Experience with Dental4Windows (D4W) software will be highly regarded, although training will be provided.
