The Opportunity

Our Fremantle branch is expanding — and we're looking for motivated professionals to grow with us. This is a fully onsite role with early morning starting time to keep up with Eastern states.

We’re far removed from the typical industrial estate, offering a dynamic and engaging atmosphere to work in.

We are currently recruiting for Operators. The successful applicant will become an integral member of our operations team, which includes key responsibilities such as:

Operations responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Liaising with internal teams, customers and transport providers to coordinate timely FCL, LCL and airfreight deliveries, arrange quarantine inspections and monitor payments.

· Managing invoicing and stock control, including checking stock reports and reconciling storage and delivery charges.

· Maintaining accurate delivery and stock information in CargoWise and keeping customers informed of delays, changes or issues.

· Providing proactive service and explicit communication to strengthen customer relationships, improve their experience and build loyalty.
