We are looking for a dedicated and reliable female Disability Support Worker to join our team on a casual basis in Castle Hill.
Who We Are Looking For:
- A reliable, proactive and empathetic female support worker who can commit to the full two-week roster.
- Someone who is responsible, engaging and willing to learn.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Confidence following care plans, routines and established support requirements.
- Ability to recognise changes in wellbeing and maintain accurate shift notes and handovers.
Experience in disability support, high physical support, manual handling and behaviours of concern is highly regarded.
Available Roster Casual Line, Two-Week Rotating Roster
Week 1
- Monday: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am
- Thursday: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
- Saturday: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm
- Sunday: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm
Week 2
- Tuesday: 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
- Thursday: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am (Friday morning)
Total: 48 hours per fortnight

Pay Rates
E3.1 (Casual in home and SIL)
SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax):
- Base hourly rate: $36.81
- Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $40.49
- Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday) $41.23
- Saturday: $51.54
- Sunday: $66.26
- Public holiday: $80.99
