We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a friendly community healthcare setting and is passionate about helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with patients and the community
- Assisting customers with enquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Handling prescriptions and supporting the pharmacist
- Managing stock, including ordering and restocking shelves
- Operating the register and processing transactions
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Previous retail or pharmacy experience is an advantage (but not essential as training will be provided)
- Willingness to learn and follow procedures
