Our E-Health department works with a range of digital healthcare platforms to coordinate prescription dispensing and medication supply for patients across Australia. What's the role all about?

As our E-Health Pharmacist, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our E-Health department. You'll lead a small, supportive team while remaining hands-on with electronic dispensing, coordinating workflows and ensuring everything runs efficiently from prescription receipt through to medication dispatch. This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety, responsibility and the freedom to take initiative.



You'll have the opportunity to make the role your own, contribute new ideas and play a key part in the development of a growing department.

Key responsibilities

- Leading a small team, including a dispensary technician and stores/logistics team member

- Managing electronic dispensing workflows, ensuring prescriptions are processed accurately, efficiently and within required timeframes

- Reviewing patient notes, clinical information and prescriptions to ensure safe and appropriate dispensing

- Coordinating with multiple E-Health platforms, managing communication, resolving queries and maintaining strong working relationships

- Overseeing daily workflow priorities, prescription volumes and medication dispatch requirements

- Supporting the team with troubleshooting, problem-solving and day-to-day operational challenges

- Working collaboratively with our wider pharmacy network to coordinate medication supply

- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, streamline systems and build efficiencies as the department grows

- Maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance and patient safety

Who are we looking for?

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys responsibility and has a natural ability to keep things organised and moving.

Ideally, you'll be:

- A registered pharmacist with current AHPRA registration.

- Confident and accurate with dispensing, with excellent attention to detail.

- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and platforms.

- Highly organised, efficient and able to juggle competing priorities.

- A confident communicator who enjoys working collaboratively.

- Proactive, adaptable and comfortable making decisions.

You don't need previous E-Health experience either. We'll provide training in our systems and processes.
