Store Manager - New Store Opening

Location: Maddington - Western Australia

Private Blends is continuing to expand nationally, with an exciting new store opening in Maddington, Western Australia.

We are seeking an experienced, polished, and commercially minded Store Manager to lead this new location from launch and help drive the next stage of growth for the brand across Western Australia.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in premium retail environments, has a strong eye for presentation and visual merchandising, and enjoys leading from the front.

The Role

As Store Manager, you will take ownership of the overall performance, culture, and presentation of the store. You will lead and develop your team, deliver a premium customer experience, and ensure the store consistently reflects the high standards of the Private Blends brand.

You will be hands-on, commercially minded, and confident balancing leadership with day-to-day retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team

- Drive store sales performance and achieve KPIs

- Deliver a premium and personalised customer experience

- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation standards

- Assist with visual merchandising support, reviews, and setup across other Melbourne locations when required

- Manage rosters, staffing, wage control, and day-to-day operations

- Oversee stock control,



inventory management, and loss prevention

- Recruit, onboard, and train team members

- Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies, and WHS requirements

- Act as the key link between the store and Head Office

- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing retail team

About You

- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager within retail

- Strong leadership and team development skills

- High attention to detail with a strong visual merchandising capability

- Commercial mindset with a focus on customer experience and results

- Well-presented, organised, and confident in a fast-paced environment

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Flexibility to travel when needed

- Weekend availability as part of a rotating retail roster
