Pay: Annual salary $75,000 – $85,000 + superannuation — SHOW the salary on the ad (needed for an immigration labour market test).

About us: ALL IN WON TILING PTY LTD is a growing Perth tiling company delivering wall and floor tiling for residential builders across the Perth metro area. We are looking for a reliable, skilled full-time Wall & Floor Tiler to join our team.

Duties:

- Read and interpret plans, specifications and builder instructions

- Inspect and prepare surfaces: remove old tiles, clean, level and screed floors and walls

- Measure, mark out and cut tiles to size using wet saws, grinders and hand tools

- Apply adhesive and lay wall and floor tiles accurately to line and level

- Install waterproofing membranes in wet areas (bathrooms, laundries, balconies) to Australian Standards

- Grout,



seal and finish tiled surfaces, including silicone and trims

- Install expansion joints, edge trims and tile accessories

- Estimate materials, time and costs for jobs

- Keep work sites clean and safe and follow WHS procedures

- Liaise with builders, site supervisors and other trades to meet schedules

Requirements for the role:

- Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling (or equivalent) with at least 1 year of full time work experience as a Wall & Floor Tiler

- Sound knowledge of tiling techniques, waterproofing and Australian Standards

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with attention to detail

- White Card (construction induction) or willingness to obtain

- Driver's licence preferred

- Reliable, punctual, and physically fit for site work
