We're looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and tech-savvy Dispensary Technician to join our growing E-Health team!

This isn't your typical dispensary technician role! You'll spend much of your time working behind the scenes in the exciting world of digital healthcare, helping coordinate electronic prescriptions, manage workflows and ensure patients across Australia receive their medications efficiently and accurately.

You'll also spend time working in our Spring Hill community pharmacy, giving you the best of both worlds - the chance to explore digital healthcare while staying connected to traditional pharmacy practice.

We're part of a progressive and innovative healthcare company specialising in fertility medications, compounding and specialised pharmacy services. Our E-Health department works with a range of digital healthcare platforms to coordinate prescription dispensing and medication supply for patients across Australia. Based in Spring Hill, we also have an established community pharmacy team. We're a friendly, down-to-earth team who value initiative, teamwork and a good sense of humour. What's the role all about?

As part of the E-Health team, you'll work closely with the E-health Pharmacist to help manage the day-to-day dispensing workflow and keep everything running smoothly. You'll also spend time supporting the Spring Hill community pharmacy, adding variety to your week and allowing you to continue developing your traditional dispensary skills. This role offers a great mix of digital healthcare and hands-on pharmacy experience, with plenty of variety, responsibility and opportunities to learn.

Key responsibilities

- Processing electronic prescriptions and assisting with dispensing under pharmacist supervision

- Working across multiple E-Health platforms to manage incoming prescriptions and patient orders

- Reviewing patient notes and order information to ensure prescriptions are processed accurately and efficiently, escalating clinical queries to the pharmacist

- Managing dispensing workflows, prioritising orders and keeping everything moving within required timeframes

- Liaising with E-Health providers to resolve prescription and order queries

- Maintaining accurate patient records and updating dispensing systems

- Coordinating with stores and logistics team member to ensure medications are prepared and dispatched efficiently

- Supporting the Spring Hill community pharmacy, assisting with traditional dispensing duties and general dispensary operations





- Helping identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows and make things run even better

- Supporting the E-health Pharmacist with the general day-to-day operations of the department

- An experienced dispensary technician with a sound understanding of dispensing processes.

- Confident using computers and comfortable learning recent systems and technology.

- A great communicator who enjoys working as part of a team.
