We’re working with a national healthcare organisation to appoint an experienced Operations Manager to take the lead on maintenance delivery and long-term lifecycle planning across a portfolio of critical healthcare assets.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Leading the delivery of hard facilities management services across a national healthcare asset portfolio

- Developing and implementing asset lifecycle strategies — from condition assessments to long-term capital works plans

- Managing contracts and vendor performance for maintenance and reactive services

- Ensuring compliance with statutory, safety, and accreditation requirements

- Overseeing preventative and corrective maintenance schedules in collaboration with in office teams

- Working closely with asset management, finance, and clinical leadership to align operations with broader business objectives





- Providing reporting, insights, and operational recommendations to senior executives

What You’ll Bring:

- Proven experience managing facilities or asset operations across healthcare, aged care, or large-scale infrastructure environments

- Deep knowledge of maintenance planning, lifecycle asset management, and compliance frameworks

- Strong contract management skills — including vendor performance, KPI oversight, and budget control

- An ability to translate strategy into practical operations that improve performance and reduce risk

- Qualifications in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related field
